PAUL NOLAN

Paul joined Asset Preservation Advisors in June of 2011 and currently serves as APA’s co-director of Research and co-manages APA’s Credit Research Committee. Prior to joining APA, Paul served as analysts with the NYC Capital Budget Unit, McDonnell Investment Management and Moody’s Investors Service. Paul received a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School (formerly the New School For Social Research) in New York City, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Buffalo. Paul is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. Additionally, he sits on the Advisory Board for the Georgia State University (GSU) Andrew Young School of Policy Studies Center for State and Local, and periodically serves as a guest speaker and lecturer for Debt Management and Governmental Financial Statements and Accounting Courses at GSU. Paul is a former AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer, and he enjoys playing golf in his free time.
